Waistline Wednesday is a tradition here at Functional BodySHOP. We believe in building a stronger and more stabilized core before we focus on incorporating hard to do moves that compromise your form and devalue the quality of your training.
This week, we have a 3 move workout that you can do anywhere, anytime, and with minimal equipment. You may need a mat, and a set of resistance bands with an anchor and a place to anchor them to. You can add this workout to your current workout or make it your day’s workout. Each exercise should be done for 30 seconds, and 30 seconds each side for the resisted rotations. I suggest at least 3 -5 rounds to start. Increase the rounds to maximize your results.
