What’s your return policy?
All sales final after 3 days from purchase date.
No cash refunds.
All returns will be made in the same form of the original purchase. Check and cash refunds will be returned in the form of a mail check mailed to your current address within 10 days.

All 1 on 1, and Small Group Training participants can cancel anytime before the scheduled class or appointment.
All 2 on 1 personal training training cancellations must be made over the phone Small Group Training can be cancelled online using the appointment.
All contracts and autopays must be cancelled 10 days prior to the next automatic payment.
All Small Group Training classes must be booked online using the Mindbody app.
All training purchases expire after 45 days from the date of purchase, exceptions will be made for hardships, and emergencies. Please call or email ASAP.
Children 12 and under may accompany their parents. Please call for details or to advise your trainer ahead of training time.
Functional BodyShop does not have membership fees or dues.
All training contracts, training without contracts, small group training members must give 10 days notice prior to cancelling.
Once a membership is cancelled, the membership is still good until it is expired.
