Waistline Wednesday

#WAISTLINEWEDNESDAY  Swiss Ball Pass. For this exercise you will need a medium to small size Stability or Swiss Ball, and an exercise/yoga mat. To modify this exercise bend the knees slightly. This exercise is not recommended if you have severe back pain, or have difficulty getting your back flat to the surface.
